I am so glad I used A-1glass. Front staff couldn't have been more helpful and Santos handled the on site work and installation smoothly and professionally. He was courteous and explained everything.

my recent experience with A1 glass was nothing but exceptionally poor. It took almost 90 days to get my glass in for my glass. They sent someone to remeasure a second time and the measurements were incorrect, and that corrected the employee of A1 glass and told him exactly. On day of install, my housekeeper open the door for them and told them not to install until I arrive. They started anyway and drilled holes in my brand, new shower tile and put the piece of glass in my shower in the entire lay the wrong spot, exposing the shower floor outside of the glass wall. It was the poorest instigation I’ve ever seen.! when i question the install -the installer said that that’s how we usually do it. I said I don’t care how you usually do it. I’m the customer I’m paying and you installed exactly like I’m asking you too and I told you to.. After a few minutes, he finally regress took the glass out reinstalled it. I still have holes in my tile. I’m extremely disappointed. I would not use this company under any circumstances.

Had A-1 Glass Co replace the windshield on my Ram 1500 and they did an awesome job. The ladies in the office were super nice and upfront about pricing and scheduling. Dropped my truck off and they had it done fast. I could’ve picked it up the same day but I had a rental, so I just grabbed it the next morning. The new glass looks factory fresh and my truck was even cleaner than when I dropped it off. This was an insurance repair through Progressive, and if they try to push you to Safelite, just tell them you want to use a local shop instead. I had no issues with my adjuster and the whole thing went smooth. Highly recommend these folks.

A big pet peeve of mine is when you walk into a business and they don't acknowledge you. From the time I walked in to the time I walked out the door with my replacement windshield the ladies at the front were extremely nice, pleasant and professional. When I came back to pay and pickup my car the lady was on the phone with a customer but told me just one moment. A1 was the most affordable in the Golden Triangle area, they replaced my glass quickly and did a great job. I would absolutely recommend this place especially over other over-rated glass companies in the area. Great staff!
